Our Club Academy has been a tremendous success so far and is based on the Ajax and West Ham philosophy of youth development in Europe.
West Ham's academy has been the most successful program in the EPL bringing through internationals such as Joe Cole, Reo and Anton Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Nigel Reo-Koker to name but a few.
Chris Murray (Director of Coaching) has played and has family friendships with both Christian Dailly (West Ham current Club Captain) and Peter Grant (Assistant Manager West Ham) and therefore incorporates the fundamental ideas and latest philosophies of West Ham into our own academy.
